Practice tip: Take a break!

Have you ever noticed your juggling regressing instead of progressing during a practice session? Sometimes it’s good to put the juggling balls or scarves down for a bit and come back to them later. Juggling requires mental focus, and if you’ve been juggling for a while and can’t seem to make any progress, chances are your brain needs a break. You will usually find that you do much better if you come back to juggling several hours later or even the next day.

This will also prevent you from getting stuck in a juggling rut. It’s important to have fun with juggling and avoid frustration by taking a break when you need it.

Just remember to keep those juggling balls or scarves in plain sight so that you remember to juggle and your break doesn’t turn into a permanant vacation 🙂

Have fun!
