A free practice log has just been added to the JuggleFit web site for download — get it here!
Setting clearly defined goals for your juggling sessions will facilitate your progress. Write down the number of throws you get without dropping, and aim to get at least one more in your next session. You can also use the log to record the number of successful juggling moves (i.e. over the top, under the leg) you can get without dropping. I recommend using a separate log for each pattern or move you learn, and keep them together in a folder or binder.
Recording your progress makes practice sessions even more fun! Now it’s a game where you aim to get a certain number of throws. This is motivating and will speed up the learning process. Have fun and happy juggling!
